You never pay us a fee
We're remunerated by the asset management companies out of a fund's existing expense ratio. So there's no separate fee on top.
The reasoning is written down
Every fund in your portfolio has a documented reason for being there — rolling returns, downside capture, expense ratio, manager tenure.
Suitability beats commission
If a product doesn't fit your situation we say so, even when suggesting it would pay us more. That's the whole business model.
Goals first, funds last
We don't lead with a scheme name. We start from what you're saving for and work backwards to the instrument.
Why we exist
A relative pushes a policy. A bank relationship manager pushes whatever is on target that quarter. The investor ends up holding a portfolio nobody can explain — and quietly concludes that markets are a casino.
We started in 2023 to do the opposite. We take the time to understand what you're saving for, what you already own, and how much volatility you can genuinely sit through. Only then do we discuss funds, and we write down why each one is there.
Today we look after portfolios for over a hundred families and businesses. Most of them came to us through someone we already work with, which is the only growth channel we've ever really had.

What we won't do
- Push insurance policies as investment products
- Chase whichever fund topped last year's charts
- Churn your portfolio to generate transactions
- Hold your money — units stay in your name, on your PAN
- Promise returns, or imply that past performance predicts them
Straight answers
As an AMFI registered mutual fund distributor we receive a trail commission from the asset management company, paid out of the fund's expense ratio — an amount you pay whether or not you use a distributor. We charge no separate fee on top of it. This is why we grow only by retaining clients long enough that they refer others.
